Return and Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, and digital product issues are handled for purchases made through this website (“Site”).

 

1. General Policy Overview

We strive to provide high‑quality ministry resources, books, music, and digital products. Because our offerings include both physical and digital items, different rules apply depending on the type of product purchased.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Digital Products (Non‑Refundable)

All digital products — including e‑books, PDFs, audio files, music downloads, graphics, templates, and other downloadable resources — are non‑refundable.

Reasons:

  • Digital items cannot be “returned”

  • Access is granted instantly

  • Licensing and anti‑piracy protections require finality

If you experience a technical issue, we will gladly assist with:

  • Re‑sending download links

  • Restoring access

  • Troubleshooting device compatibility

But refunds cannot be issued for digital content.

 

3. Physical Products (Books, CDs, Merchandise)

Physical items may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

 - Eligible Situations:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • Manufacturing defect

 - Requirements:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide order number and photos of the issue

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

 - Not Eligible:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Opened CDs or media (unless defective)

Approved returns may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error was ours

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect

  • We do not reimburse customs fees, import taxes, or international duties

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • We will assist in filing a carrier investigation

  • Replacement decisions are made case‑by‑case

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download link has been delivered.

 

7. Donations & Contributions

Donations are considered final and are not eligible for refunds. If a donation was made in error, contact us immediately and we will review the situation.

 

8. Event Registrations (If Applicable)

If the ministry offers event registrations, conferences, or workshops:

  • Refund eligibility will be stated on the event page

  • Some events may be non‑refundable due to venue or resource commitments

  • If the ministry cancels an event, full refunds will be issued

 

9. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

To request a return, replacement, or report a problem:

Provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond with next steps.

 

10. Processing Time

Once a return is approved and the item is received:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
