Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of any digital product (“Digital Product”) purchased, downloaded, or accessed through this website (“Site”). By purchasing or downloading a Digital Product, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, single‑user license to access and use the Digital Product for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership. All rights remain with the copyright holder.

 

2. Permitted Use

Under this license, you may:

  • Download the Digital Product to your personal device

  • Print a personal copy (if applicable)

  • Use the content for your own study, worship, or personal enrichment

  • Access the Digital Product across your own devices

You may not share, distribute, or upload the Digital Product for others to access.

 

3. Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Share, forward, or redistribute the Digital Product

  • Upload the Digital Product to any website, cloud drive, or shared server

  • Sell, resell, or bundle the Digital Product with other products

  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works

  • Remove copyright notices or watermarks

  • Use the Digital Product for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Share download links or access credentials

Unauthorized use violates copyright law and may result in legal action.

 

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Digital Products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Digital Product does not grant ownership — only a limited license to use it.

All rights, titles, and interests remain with the Site owner or original creator.

 

5. Anti‑Piracy Measures

To protect our digital resources, we may use:

  • Download tracking

  • Device or IP logging

  • License validation

  • Unique download identifiers

This information is used solely to prevent unauthorized distribution and enforce licensing terms.

 

6. License Restrictions for Ministry Use

Unless you have received written permission, you may not:

  • Use Digital Products in church services

  • Reproduce content for group distribution

  • Upload content to church websites or livestreams

  • Use content in sermons, classes, or broadcasts

A separate ministry license may be required for these uses.

 

7. No Resale or Transfer

Your license is for one individual. You may not transfer, assign, or gift your license to another person.

If someone else wants access, they must purchase their own license.

 

8. Refunds & Cancellations

All Digital Product sales are final. Because access is granted instantly, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

Technical issues will be resolved promptly, but refunds cannot be issued.

 

9. Termination of License

Your license may be terminated if you:

  • Violate any part of this Agreement

  • Engage in unauthorized distribution

  • Attempt to bypass security or licensing systems

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Digital Product from your devices.

 

10. Updates & Revisions

We may update or revise Digital Products at any time. You may receive updated versions at our discretion, depending on the product type.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Data loss

  • Download issues caused by your internet provider

  • Misuse of the Digital Product

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized distribution

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Digital Product.

 

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
