Your 100% satisfaction with the products offered on this site is important to us. To help us better serve you, we have adopted the following policies in regards to all purchases made from our site. By making a purchase on this site, you accept and agree to these policies.

OUR GUARANTEE
All physical products, such as CDs, DVDs, books, apparel, etc. are backed with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange item(s) or refund 100% of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Refunds:
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date (noted on your receipt). When requesting a refund, proof of purchase must be submitted by referencing the purchase/order number, noted on your receipt. Simply return the product(s) with proof of purchase, requesting your refund. Once our office has received your return, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the address on your receipt. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

Exchanges:
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date (noted on your receipt). When requesting an exchange of an item, proof of purchase must be submitted by referencing the purchase/order number, noted on your receipt. Simply return the unused and/or unopened product(s) with proof of purchase, requesting your exchange. Once our office has received your return, an identical replacement product of the same value will be shipped to the address on your receipt. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
The refund policy outlined above DOES NOT apply to digital/downloadable products. All sales for digital downloads or other downloadable products are final - NO REFUNDS. However, if for some reason you received a damaged or corrupted file, we will gladly issue a replacement of the same title. No substitutions. Please note that when you purchase digital/downloadable products, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to download your product(s). Downloads expire after 7 days. No exchanges or replacements are issued due to failure to download your product(s).
